Michael Bay’s “Songbird” Trailer on the COVID-19 Pandemic


The psychological thriller depicts the 213th Global Lockdown Week, in which COVID-19 mutated into COVID-23 and began attacking brain tissue of those infected.

It was only a matter of time before someone made a movie about COVID-19. Certainly, many believed that Hollywood would only make such a film its next conquest. after the pandemic was over, but it looks like Armageddon the producer, Michael Bay, and Invisible Narratives, have already entered the plate, with their next film, Songbird, having been sunk, produced and filmed, all in quarantine. No small feat, considering the number films have been delayed due to the pandemic.

The film is set in the near future, during which the world is in its 213th week of lockdown, and COVID-19 has mutated into COVID-23, now attacking brain tissue. In the grim reality of the film, citizens of the world are not allowed to leave their homes, infected Americans are forced to end up in “quarantine camps” and the punishment for trying to escape the COVID cops? Get shot on sight.

Movie stars RiverdaleKJ Apa as the main character, Nico – one of the few people in the world immune to the virus as he tries to save his love, Sarah, who risks being taken away by body thieves because her neighbor (who seems to have a relationship with her) has caught the virus. Like the rest of the world, Sarah is confined to her apartment and was separated from Nico by a wall (her front door) throughout her quarantine, with the phone and FaceTime calls being their only way to interact.

The creators of the film have yet to set a release date, but the star-studded dystopian film will star Demi Moore, Sofia Carson, Alexandra Daddario, Craig Robinson, Bradley Whitford, Jenna Ortega and Paul Walter Hauser.
