Still struggling with the pain and lack of mobility surrounding his left shoulder and neck, Miami Heat All-Star forward Bam Adebayo will miss Game 2 of the NBA Finals against the Los Angeles Lakers on Friday night, have sources told ESPN.There remains hope that Adebayo, perhaps the Heat’s best player, can return for Game 3 on Sunday, sources said.

Thermal guard Goran Dragic, who sources said suffered a plantar tear in his left foot in Game 1, is expected to make a final decision on whether to play in Game 2 later on Friday, sources said.

Dragic may have put some pressure on the foot, sources say, but the injury is painful and hinders mobility.

The Heat classified Adebayo and Dragic as questionable.

Adebayo had to leave the 116-98 Game 1 loss to the Lakers after limited production in 21 minutes – just eight points and four rebounds.
