The couple, who share 16-month-old daughter Ottilie, got engaged in November last year and planned to tie the knot in a posh London location in July before Covid threw a wrench into the works.
Sharing a clap of hands, alongside baby Ottilie and their dog’s paws, Tabitha wrote, “It was with a heavy heart that I wanted to share some incredibly personal news. After months of thinking and long, long, thoughtful conversations, Fraser and I decided to go our separate ways.
“As you can imagine, this is an extremely difficult time for us as a family.
“This year has provided so many uncertainties and has forced us to postpone and eventually annul our marriage, as well as to be new full-time parents and to shut down businesses by the government.
“Ottilie is our world and remains our number one priority. We also share a lot of love and respect for each other and our beautiful daughter and we can’t wait for her to grow up watching us become a modern family, as close friends.
“Fraser is the most amazing father and it fills me with great sadness that we have been unable to make our relationship work. We still love each other very much and know that our future is better and more stable that way. “
She added, “As we find our feet and navigate our new relationship, we ask for respect and kindness. We can be a little quieter than usual as we settle into our new normal and thank you in advance for your love and support.
“That’s all Fraser and I will comment on on this issue at this delicate time.
“The community that we have formed together on this platform represents the world to me and I look forward to sharing our current journey as honestly and openly as possible, with you.
“With love, Tabitha, Fraser and Ottilie. ”
Fraser got down on his knees late last year in Miami.
They were due to exchange their vows in July at the ultra-exclusive Hurlingham Club in west London.
