In January, Cena opened up about keeping her love life private.

Speaking to Access, he said, “I think it’s, like anything, if you set a goal, stick to it.

“With whatever you choose to do, if you choose to do something, put a structure in place that will protect it.

“My goal is to share certain things with everyone and keep certain things to myself. “

He does not have children and has previously said that he does not wish to have any.

Ex-fiancee Bella said it was this reluctance to have children that ultimately ended their relationship.

In an interview with Maria Menounos on YouTube Show Better together, Bella – who now has a child – said, “Overall, we’ve had an amazing relationship.

“There were only two people who wanted two different lives but tried so hard to make one.

“Even at the end when he was ready to give me kids, I could just say that’s not what he wanted. And that’s really, like, you know, what drove me in the end, I was like, ‘Am I going to force somebody to be a father?

“What if he looked at you down the road and just regretted everything, and then you had this child and you built this life?”

” This is what you want? And I remember thinking, ‘This is not what I want.’ “
