Jamal Adams still not ready to train for the Seahawks

The Seahawks had hoped safety Jamal Adams would return to practice after the sixth week break. He still could. However, he is not yet ready.

Adams missed practice Wednesday with a lingering groin injury. Adams first suffered the injury in a Week 3 victory over the Cowboys.

Guard Damien Lewis (ankle) and tackle Brandon Shell (illness) were also not practicing on Wednesday. Linebacker Jordyn Brooks (knee), tight end Will Dissly (Achilles), tackle Duane Brown (knee), guard Mike Iupati (back), running back Carlos Hyde (shoulder), defensive end Benson Mayowa ( knee), were limited for the Seahawks. and defensive tackle Anthony Rush (knee).

Finally, cornerback Shaquill Griffin fully participated in training despite a shoulder injury.

Cornerback Quinton Dunbar had a day off and receivers DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett participated on a limited basis for load management purposes.

The Seahawks 5-0 visit the Cardinals 4-2 on Sunday.
