This week, we take stock of how the Covid-19 crisis has affected higher education in France. Whether they are starting their studies, hoping to secure crucial internships or graduate in the midst of a historic recession, French students face a whole new learning curve. And while authorities have called on students to curb their enthusiasm in the name of the common good, many are eager to take advantage of their newfound independence and let off steam, to the point that underground parties are now blamed for the emergence of new clusters of virus.
