French mayor backs tariffs on US goods in air dispute

PARIS (Reuters) – French Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire on Friday said he was in favor of Europe imposing tariffs on American products after the World Trade Organization (WTO) Granted the European Union the right to retaliate against US subsidies to aircraft maker Boeing TO PROHIBIT.

“The EU has the possibility of imposing sanctions on the United States in connection with the dispute between Boeing and Airbus AIR.PA … He must decide to do it, ”said Le Maire on BFM TV.
