Former DreamDoll star says she ‘enjoyed’ reality TV


Love and hip hop The DreamDoll star may not have been in the franchise for a long time, but she has used her time well. In a new interview, she spoke about getting the most out of reality TV.

Who is DreamDoll?

Born Tabatha Robinson, DreamDoll is a 28-year-old rapper. She was born and raised in the Bronx, New York. the Love and hip hop the franchise was not his first contact with reality TV. She was the first to come to the attention of the general public for starring in the sixteenth season of Bad Girls Club on Oxygen. She was kicked from the show for alleged harassment and assaulting another roommate.

In 2017, she started her rap career and went on to release an EP called Plastic life. Also in 2017, she began to appear on Love and hip-hop: New York for his eighth season as a recurring actor. She left the show after just one season.

DreamDoll opens up about reality TV in new interview

In a cover story with Rolling Out, DreamDoll opened up about his music career as well as his time on reality TV.

“I used reality TV and took advantage of it,” she said during the interview. “But it’s just a little harder in rap for people to separate the two. Sometimes you are judged [by] the things you do on reality TV, and they can’t give you the correct credit for the music. It is like that sometimes, but there is no battlefield that I cannot cross.

The rapper also opened up about her relationship with DJ Self and how she’s proven herself to him.

She explained, “I said [DJ Self] I used to rap in college at talent shows and with some of the guys on campus. He told me to come back with a song. I was in Philadelphia and I went to the studio and I recorded a song. I gave the song to DJ Self, and he played it at the New York club Aces when Future was there. I hear my voice coming out of a loudspeaker in the club for the first time, it’s something I will never forget.

She advocates for awareness of plastic surgery issues

DreamDoll also shared how she and her plastic surgery doctor work with women who have struggled with plastic surgery.

She was open about a shoddy job she once had and how she nearly died. “I did my job in Colombia and like you I didn’t have enough fat,” she said in a YouTube video. “I almost died, literally this year I almost died. I got sick and my body was rejecting the injections through my skin. So I had to go back because I was so scared that the doctors here in America would cut my back, ”she said.

Speaking in the Rolling Out interview, DreamDoll says they strive to make things easier for others. “My doctor and I have helped women with shoddy plastic surgery jobs,” she says. “We let people send in their stories and find out how to help them, vIt is so cheap to do plastic surgery illegally. I see so many horror stories about things that happen to women, and it’s pretty expensive to fix them. Removal surgeries can range between $ 15,000 and $ 50,000. There are women who are paralyzed, their skin is discolored, and their bodies will never be the same again. It can really ruin your life.

It seems DreamDoll has no plans to return Love and hip hop: New York or any other reality TV franchise.
