Eduardo Camavinga’s reaction to getting Cristiano Ronaldo’s shirt after France 0-0 Portugal

France 0-0 Portugal is not a game that will be remembered for long.

Both teams’ defenses dominated in Paris last night, so much so that Cristiano Ronaldo and Kylian Mbappe had no impact on the game.

The first was skillfully organized by Lucas Hernandez of Bayern Munich, which means Ronaldo has failed to find the back of the net so far in this international break – a real rarity for him.

However, the 35-year-old superstar did have a fan night anyway and the person in question happens to be a member of the senior France squad.

Eduardo Camavinga burst onto the international stage last week, scoring on his debut in the Blues’ 7-1 win over Ukraine.

The 17-year-old midfielder didn’t make it to last night’s 0-0 draw, but he still managed to secure an iconic souvenir – Ronaldo’s jersey.

Camavinga uploaded the evidence to Snapchat, with a short caption that read, “I’m not going to wash it off. ”

Ronaldo still leaves professional footballers star-struck, further underscoring his status as one of the main role models of the latest generation of young football starlets.

Camavinga has been heavily linked with a move to former Portuguese club Real Madrid after dazzling in Ligue 1 with Rennes.

However, the teenage sensation doesn’t let the fame get to his head and a short time ago he explained why he is delaying his move to Los Blancos for the time being.

“Certainly when a big club is interested it’s good,” Camavinga told Telefoot, per Goal. “But I don’t get carried away.

“I made this choice with my family [to stay at Rennes]. Today, we are happy to have made this decision. I just need to focus on the football and not think too much about everything else.

“Life is very good at the moment. Life is very good at the moment. ”

A very mature head on young shoulders.
