Dr. DreThe latter’s wife wants the rap mogul to put up or shut up about his alleged “iron marriage” as their divorce war rages on. Nicole Young has filed legal documents demanding that Dre turn over the original version of the “bulletproof prenup” upon which he bases his entire divorce case. In the documents, obtained by TMZ, she says that Dre did not produce the prenup, although the law is clear he must hand over all relevant financial, business and personal documents. She says that because Dre didn’t produce it… she doesn’t know which version of the alleged prenup he’s referring to, and calls his refusal to share the information an “intentional abuse” of the divorce process. Nicole says they were married long before they had amassed the billion dollar fortune that is now at stake – and claims they have been together for over 24 years, despite “rampant marital misconduct and repeated from Dre ”. It offers no details of the alleged “fault”. As we reported… Nicole is already claimed she was pressured signing the prenup in 1996. Not to mention, she claims he tore up the prenup 2 years after the marriage, and said “he was ashamed that he pressured me to sign. Nicole insists that they have both declared it to be “null and void” since then. His new case seems to be a bit of a challenge for Dre. Basically, since you acted like you tore it up 22 years ago, let me see what you’re talking about now. For the record, Dre denies ever tearing it up. Still, her prenup application seems to be a bit of a game … because whoever her lawyer was when she signed the prenup should have copies. She’s asking the judge to impose a $ 50,000 penalty on him for dragging his heels out spitting out OG prenup, and, of course, she wants him to pay it out at last.
