Dr. Deena Hinshaw to present Alberta’s COVID-19 weekend numbers Monday afternoon

Albertans will receive another update on COVID-19 Monday afternoon as the Chief Medical Officer of Health presents virus numbers over the weekend.Dr Deena Hinshaw is scheduled to speak at 3:30 pm Her press conference can be viewed in this post.

Alberta had 1,558 active cases of COVID-19 as of Friday, with 122 new cases confirmed.

The death toll in Alberta currently stands at 272.

As of Friday, there were 64 people in the hospital, including 15 in the ICU.

As of Friday afternoon, Alberta had performed 1,378,898 COVID-19 tests and 18,357 people had recovered from the coronavirus.
