Dawn Ward Charged with Race Aggravated Harassment and Possession of Cocaine


Dawn Ward will not be tried for harassment aggravated by race and possession of cocaine for almost two years.The Real Housewives of Cheshire star appeared in court after being charged with the offenses at Euston Station on October 29 last year.

The GAF and the businesswoman have learned that she will not face trial until March 2022.

Mum-of-Four Ward, 47, is charged with intentional racially aggravated harassment of two people, Jake Jacobs and Sam Jacobs, at London station.

She was also charged with possession of a Class A drug, namely cocaine.

Dawn will not be judged until 2022

She first appeared at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on September 10 of this year, but was subsequently summoned again on September 28 for a plea hearing.

She denies all the charges.

The charges read: “On 10/29/2019 at Euston Station, Eversholt Street, Camden, London with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress Jake Jacobs used words or threatening, abusive or insulting behavior or disorderly behavior thus causing such and such harassment, alarm or distress of a person and the offense has been aggravated by race. ”

She faces an identical charge which names Sam Jacobs.

The charges continue: “On 10/29/2019, at Euston Station, Eversholt Street, Camden, London, had in your possession a quantity of cocaine, a Class A controlled drug in violation of the 1971 Law on drug abuse. ”

Her case went to London’s Inner Court today for a preliminary hearing and a court official said she is now due to stand trial in March 2022.
