Despite jumping the broom, the two maintain separate homes in separate states. Bailey recently provided an update on where she hopes she and Hill will live permanently now that their marriage is over.
Cynthia Bailey and Mike Hill have a long-distance relationship
Bailey and Hill met during a dating experience on Le Steve Harvey Spectacle and have been head over heels in love ever since. After 14 months of dating, Hill proposed to Bailey when her wine cellar and event space opened in the summer of 2019. Before, Bailey had been open about how she would like to marry Hill.
The couple tied the knot on October 10 in a lavish ceremony in Georgia in front of 250 guests. The wedding was not filmed for RHOA.

Despite their long relationship and now being husband and wife, the couple have lived in separate states since the start of their romance. Bailey lives in Georgia, while Hill lives and works in Los Angeles. The two commute to see each other at least every two weeks.
Bailey quarantined Hill and their adult daughters from previous relationships during the coronavirus shutdown and joked that surviving the COVID-19 quarantine is a testament to their love. Bailey’s daughter, Noelle, also lived with Hill while Bailey lived primarily in Georgia for almost a year before moving home.
Cynthia Bailey insisted on living in Los Angeles but now says she wants Mike Hill in Atlanta full time
Bailey previously admitted that she had no problem moving to Los Angeles full-time when she and Hill got married, especially because her daughter also lives on the West Coast. She even said she would be open to joining the cast of RHOBH if the opportunity arose.
“Beverly Hills, I’m not opposed to… the reality is that I live in Atlanta and I live in Los Angeles. As a reality TV star, if we’re going to show my truth, I’m also friends with a lot of women in Beverly Hills, ”she said in an interview with Hip Hollywood. “I would be willing to show both sides of my life, my life in Los Angeles and my life in Atlanta, so we’ll see if Bravo and Truly Original can figure that out.

Still, Bailey says being bi-costal isn’t a problem. Now that she and Hill are married, she changes songs, telling the New York Daily News (via Bravo’s The dish of the day podcast), “I’m working really hard on Mike,” she says. “I don’t think he’ll want to go back to Los Angeles for too long without me.”
Hill said he was ready to move to Georgia as a large part of his family lives near Bailey. He also has other working gigs in the Atlanta area.
Hill and Bailey say they will keep their respective homes and move into a shared space together.
