Claudia Winkleman has revealed that she has been putting “too much pressure” on herself to have sex every 48 hours with her husband for 20 years.
Host Strictly, 48, made the confession as she explained how social media has heightened her anxiety because she would see couples professing love to each other online.
Claudia married her husband, film producer Kris Thykier, 48, in June 2000.

She told The Sun at the launch of her book, Quite, “I think we’re putting too much pressure on ourselves.
“I haven’t slept with my husband for two days, let’s do it on the stairs.
Claudia added that she thinks things will spice up in the bedroom department when her oldest son Jake steals the nest.

She added, “He’s 17 and still talking about it. He’s super excited. I am sure it will be great. My husband and I are going to learn how to make stew and we will read a lot of books and we will do tickling – this is code in case anyone is wondering.
Claudia and Kris have been married for 20 years after being introduced by friends. In addition to their son Jake, they have Matilda, 14, and Arthur, nine.
Earlier this summer, Claudia confessed that she didn’t take her Strictly Come Dancing job for granted, as she admitted that she feared for her job.

In an interview with Daily Star Sunday, the host – who is said to earn £ 450,000 a year – explained: ‘If they have me, I will continue to do so. But I guess I’ll be fired any minute. ”
Claudia surprisingly revealed that she had never logged in to look at herself, insisting, “I can’t or I would be sick, I can’t imagine how irritating I am”.
The brunette beauty has worked in television for over 30 years, but Claudia has blamed much of her success on “luck”.
She said: “I think I’ve already had too much time. I am incredibly lucky ”.
