Chad Gable is done shorty G after his last loss to Lars Sullivan in WWE SmackDown (video)

Looks like Shorty G is no longer in WWE.Tonight’s SmackDown on episode FS1 saw Shorty G suffer a brutal loss to Lars Sullivan. After the match Kayla Braxton interviewed G from the ring and he announced he was leaving. WWE producer Adam Pearce then met Shorty in the coach’s room and asked him about his comments on quitting. Shorty said he is tired of lying to people about how they can achieve what they want if they believe in themselves. He went on and said he was done, being that Shorty G character. He cited some of his accomplishments as an amateur wrestler and said that one man can achieve anything he wants – Chad Gable.

Gable got into a fight with King Baron Corbin in 2019 and defeated him at the Hell In a Cell 2019 pay-per-view after the Corbin asked the announcer to introduce him as “Shorty Gable,” to keep making fun of his size. The name was later changed to “Shorty G” on October 18, 2019 at SmackDown, and Gable has used that name ever since. Until now.

It’s not yet clear what WWE has in store for Gable’s new storyline, but we’ll keep you posted. Above is a video from tonight’s Lars vs. Shorty game, and below some other shots from tonight:
