BORIS Johnson addresses Parliament announcing a new lockdown system that divides the country into different levels of coronavirus.
Each region of the UK will be rated as medium, high or very high risk, with the different levels indicating where the strictest foreclosure measures will be imposed.
Liverpool are expected to be placed in the very high risk category, which will see pubs, gyms and bars closed and all but essential travel limited.
