Andrew Yang comments on WWE takeover of Talents Twitch accounts

Former Democratic presidential candidate Andrew Yang took to social media to comment on recent news about WWE taking over the Twitch accounts of his talents. As we reported tonight, Vince told WWE Superstars that they have until Friday, October 2 to sever any unauthorized business relationship with third parties, and that in four weeks WWE will hold their Twitch accounts.

Yang shared the Wrestling Inc. article and wrote, “It would be maddening to me if I spent the time developing my social media channels for WWE to take over from their ‘independent contractors.’ People are angry and rightly so. ”

Vince McMahon first issued the executive order ordering the talent to no longer engage with third parties in September, which Andrew Yang criticized.

Andrew Yang was recently a guest on The Wrestling Inc. Daily podcast, where he spoke about the working practices of WWE, Vince McMahon, WWE, and Saudi Arabia. The interview can be viewed in the video above.
