“I hate the term ‘slam back’, it’s not something that I aspire to do after having a child and I don’t think it matters. My body is different from others, I haven’t done anything specific.
“I only recently started training again, 4 times a week for 45 minutes per session. I try to eat healthy but I haven’t cut calories and I eat a lot more than usual because I am breastfeeding and it is important to keep calories to the maximum to have good milk production.
