UPDATE: Chefs De France restaurant reopening postponed until October 8 at EPCOT

It’s time for baguettes, wine and onion soup… well, not yet. According to a recent update on the Walt Disney World website, it appears that the reopening of the Chefs de France at the France pavilion at EPCOT has been postponed until October.Whereas previously the times were posted as of this Friday, September 25, the website has been updated to show only the times starting on Thursday, October 8.

The opening hours of the week for lunch are from 12:30 p.m. to 3:55 p.m. Dinner is served from 4:00 p.m. to 6:50 p.m., or just 10 minutes before the park closes. On weekends where EPCOT has extended evening hours, restaurant hours are extended accordingly. The hours are not yet available for Mr. Paul. You can check out the Chefs de France menu, which always features the popular Prix Fixe Meal option, by clicking here. Reservations are not yet available online.

With Disney’s cultural representatives program temporarily suspended and so many staff and servers at home in France, fans of the restaurant were concerned the location would remain closed for a while, but it looks like they are ready for their reopening. progressive.

Eric Weistroffer, Executive Director of JBI, LLC. issued a statement in August, assuring guests that the Chefs de France and Mr. Paul had to open despite staff constraints. The pavilion is looking forward to the grand opening of La Crêperie de Paris, which is still set to open with Rémy Ratatouille Adventure as part of the expansion of the new France pavilion.

Currently, the Chefs de France and Monsieur Paul remain closed, with only L’Artisan des Glaces, Les Halles Boulangerie-Pâtisserie and a Food & Wine Festival kiosk open at the pavilion.
