Two new cases of COVID-19 reported in Greater Sudbury


Sudbury & Districts Public Health is reporting two new cases of COVID-19 this evening. Both cases are in Greater Sudbury.In one of the new cases, the person contracted the virus from another known case, although the origin of that person’s exposure is unknown. The origin of the other new case announced tonight is listed as being travel-related.

The two people were tested on September 23 and both are self-isolating.

These new cases bring the total number of confirmed cases in the area covered by Public Health Sudbury to 104. There are currently four known active cases.
