Her Majesty, 94, and The Duke of Edinburgh, were on summer vacation at Balmoral in Aberdeenshire after spending the COVID-19[feminine[feminine lockdown in Windsor.
They will visit the Sandringham Estate in Norfolk next week, the palace said.
Then, next month, the Queen will return to Windsor Castle, where she and the Duke moved from Buckingham Palace on March 19.
They spent four months at their Berkshire residence with a reduced household.
Her Majesty intends to “resume the use of Buckingham Palace for certain audiences and engagements,” a statement said.
He continued: “These plans will be kept under review and will of course be subject to all relevant guidance and advice. ”
It is not yet clear whether Philip, 99, will remain at Sandringham when the Queen returns to Windsor.
Future arrangements for the Duke are still under discussion.
