The second season of The Mandalorian will officially begin on Disney + on October 30, 2020. The announcement came to Twitter with new title art featuring The Mandalorian himself and The Child (Baby Yoda!), And the words “This is the day. New episodes begin airing October 30 on #DisneyPlus. #TheMandalorian ”

The Mandalorian season one finale featured the return of a weapon with a major legacy in the Star Wars universe, the Darksaber. We took a deep dive into the history of this weapon, which previously belonged to Bo-Katan Kryze from Star Wars: The Clone Wars, who would be played by Katee Sackhoff in Season 2, and Sabine Wren from Star Wars Rebels. .
