There is no way to stop it! Scarlett Moffatt let her hair down as she threw an early birthday party due to the impending ‘six-person rule’ in England on Saturday
The presenter explained why she decided to celebrate her birthday more than a month in advance to her followers on social media, saying, “So I noticed that I was wearing different outfits.
“Despite a group of 10 people, I still changed three times. You’re only 30 once, I guess.
“It’s not my 30th until October 17th, but the change of plans with just six people has meant my birthday celebrations have been called off.
“So I feel the pain of anyone going to get married or having an event because it’s a little sad, but we have to follow the rules and make sure we are safe. I have a hangover now!

As of Monday, no more than six people will be allowed to assemble in England – with a few exceptions, including going to school, work or ‘exceptional life events’.
Breaking these new restrictions will result in fines of £ 100, doubling for each incident up to £ 3,200.
The law has been different from the official “directive” since July 4, which is confusing for some. Now the official rules are closer – but not fully in sync – with state guidance.
