Rusev wanted to say every word he said on Vince McMahon’s imaginary brass ring

Miro debuted for AEW on last night’s episode (September 9) of Dynamite. WWE fans know him best as Rusev, and he did a WWE promo telling them to take their brass ring and stick it up their ass.

After her debut, Miro then recorded the above 4-minute video to clarify that her lyrics were real. He meant everything he said about the glass ceiling and WWE imaginary brass ring. He’s excited to be at AEW now. Seeing his former trainer (Billy Gunn) in his early days was a minor thing that meant so much to him. The reason he came to this country was to be a professional wrestler, and he can’t wait to start over at a new business without all of the restrictions that have held him back in WWE. He made sure to joke about his experience with professional wrestling weddings, which is the subject of his first angle in AEW.

Just a month ago, Rusev painted a frustrating picture of how WWE dropped the ball with their hugely popular Rusev Day trick, and how his love for professional wrestling was severely damaged by the experience. So it’s great to see him with a smile on his face and to be really excited to show the world what he’s capable of in a professional wrestling ring.

Are you excited to see Miro on AEW Dynamite go forward?
