It’s time to come back to the images, clips and social media posts from the Belgian Grid Prix weekend …
Track action may have been lacking in recent races, but luckily the drivers do their best to always be entertaining.
Max Verstappen channeled his inner Fernando Alonso into the post-race press conference after a rather lonely race trying to chase both Mercedes cars.
This led to the most predictable (but still very funny) Photoshop ever.
But we really like the vibe Max is in right now. He has been in a very good mood even though he knows he will have to wait at least another year to fight for the title.
“Max is a Dutchman and I don’t know what he’s doing. ”

He also politely told his former teammate Daniel Ricciardo where to go when the Australian almost put him in 3rd place on Spa’s starting grid.
And there was that just adorable touch after the race.
Simply, simply charming. # F1pic.twitter.com / GmgnZRGDUU

Just when you thought it couldn’t be worse for Ferrari… it is. For the first time since 2010, both Ferraris finished the race and both finished out of points.
They are going to be the butt of many Formula 1 jokes for a long time until they finally sort their shit.
Lando Norris knew exactly what was coming next for Charles Leclerc and let everyone know about it during one of his legendary Twitch streams.

Then came out the renamed Ferrari badge as the problems continued throughout the weekend.
Then if that wasn’t cruel enough …

The most defining image, however, came after qualifying when Charles Leclerc and Sebastian Vettel were unable to drag their horrible cars into Q3.
All you have to do is laugh… otherwise you will certainly cry.
Mattia Binotto’s reaction to the lack of pace was close second.
Any other matter
Elsewhere, it was good to see Ziggo Sport moved from Verstappen v Ocon to Brazil 2018. A bit, eh?
Lando was a bit mean himself. You literally have to train it sometimes!
Away from Formula 1, we absolutely loved this weirdly satisfying clip from F3. Hypnotic.

And Daniel Ricciardo was simply saying what worries a lot of people…

A special mention must go to Pierre Gasly. Getting behind the wheel he did on a track where he lost his close friend a year ago shows the incredible determination and spirit of this 24-year-old.
We hope Anthoine liked it too.
