Ontario Confirms 133 New Cases of COVID-19


Ontario confirmed 133 new cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday, a spike from 112 confirmed cases on Tuesday.Despite the jump, Health Minister Christine Elliott noted in a tweet that there were 137 more resolved cases, marking an overall decrease in the number of active cases in the province.

No new deaths were reported, leaving the death toll at 2,812.

A total of 42,554 Ontarians have now contracted the virus, 90.5% having recovered to date.
