In the clip, Adesanya (20-0 MMA, 9-0 UFC) talks about wanting to fight Jones, but that he should speak to his head coach, Eugene Bareman of City Kickboxing, before making a decision.
Jones, who has had a longtime beef with Adesanya, criticized Adesanya’s use of the word “but” and claimed the UFC middleweight champion was bluffing that he wanted the fight.
” But what? Jones wrote. “You have been in the ring over 100 times now and you are still not ready !? You have a youth advantage and love the combat experience four times. The truth is you are already my (expletive), you love to be undefeated and you have seen what happened to everyone. It increases your stock to mention my name (You) are aware of it. You don’t want a real showdown with me (because) I’m not going to sit there and kickbox with you. I prepared for the heavyweights. (Right) Now I would literally rip off one of your arms.
