PARIS (Reuters) – French President Emmanuel Macron will hold a press conference on the political situation in Lebanon on Sunday, the French presidency has announced.

Lebanese Prime Minister-designate Mustapha Adib resigned on Saturday after trying for nearly a month to align a non-partisan cabinet, dealing a blow to a French plan to rally sectarian leaders to face the worst crisis since 1975-1990. civil war.
