PARIS (Reuters) – France’s Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday it was considering a request for help from the Russian attorney general in the case relating to the poisoning of Kremlin critic Alexei Navalny.
“We have received a request from Russia. It is under review, ”Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Agnes von der Mühll told reporters at a daily press briefing.
“The priority remains for Russia to shed light on the circumstances and responsibilities behind the assassination attempt which took place on its territory against a member of the Russian political opposition using a nerve agent.”
