France again reports more than 13,000 new daily cases of COVID-19

PARIS (Reuters) – French health authorities reported 13,072 new confirmed 24-hour COVID-19 cases on Wednesday, with the daily tally above the 13,000 threshold for the third time in six days.

The number of people who have died in France from COVID-19 infections has increased by 43, to 31,459, and the cumulative number of cases now stands at 481,141.
