Emmerdale aired a tense ending to his double ticket Thursday night, as Jamie Tate was ultimately arrested to be released again. Belle Dingle had her boyfriend Jamie arrested for the recent hit and run, after crushing Moira Dingle and leaving her for dead.

After weeks of pretending to stand by his side, she took her revenge and confessed that she was using it as a reward.

She secretly teamed up with her nephew Nate Robinson not too long ago, and the couple have been plotting against Kim Tate’s son for weeks.

Belle revealed how she was actually trying to find the evidence needed to send it.

But after his arrest, things started to turn against him as he was released within hours.

Now it looks like he’s preparing to take out his ex Andrea Tate for his involvement in his crime.

She got the ball rolling this week after telling Moira what Jamie had done, leading Belle to confess everything and call the police.

As he walked back to the village, Andrea was upset and told him he should rot in a cell.

Towards the end of the episode, he confronted her and issued a chilling threat.

He vowed to take her with him if the case went to court, promising to get her back for what she had done.

He reminded her that it was she who had stopped him from going to the police in the first place, covering up his crime.

Andrea was clearly worried, as Jamie attempted to blackmail her into becoming his alibi for the night of the accident.

Telling her that she was just as at fault as he was, he prepared to expose his own involvement and told her that he would take her with him if she didn’t do as he said.

Emmerdale airs weekday evenings at 7 p.m. on ITV, with an additional episode at 8 p.m. on Thursday.
