Coronation Street newcomer Nicky Wheatley wouldn’t be afraid to take the wrong side of Geoff Metcalfe. Actress Kimberly Hart-Simpson who plays her has revealed that she’s not afraid of the villain, despite being deemed dangerous.

She also stated that Nicky would never become a Geoff victim, as she would never let him get away with her kinky behavior.

While the characters are expected to cross paths in the upcoming scenes, his love interest Daniel Osbourne risks putting him and her on Geoff’s hit list after he steals his money, before offering it to Nicky.

It has been revealed that Geoff and sex worker Nicky already share a past.

What is known is that the pair will feature in scenes together at some point, as something is happening that sets the stage for some big scenes to come later this year.

Full details were not revealed, with fans predicting a twist between Nicky and Geoff, but actress Kimberly warned that Geoff might regret taking it.

Talk to Mirror Online and other media during a virtual press chat on Corrie, she revealed that Nicky has no fear of the villainous Weatherfield in any way.

She said, “I think Nicky would think of him as catnip, I don’t think she would be afraid of him, because what he is is a dangerous and calculating man, but he is. not a man in immediate danger.

“He’s a long, slow burner, but I don’t think she would have it anyway, he wouldn’t be around long enough for him to do this to her.”

“There must be an element of vulnerability that Yasmeen and Nicky don’t share, there’s something about her but she wouldn’t have that, no way.” “

“Everyone says he’s a dangerous man, of course he is, but he’s not a radical man.

“He wouldn’t do something for the audience to see because it would blow up his cover. ”

It comes after soap boss Iain MacLeod teased that their bond would lead to some big scenes.

He said, “One of my favorite parts of this story is that Geoff attracts at some point, in a way that will become significant in the perspective of Yasmeen’s audience at the end of the year.

“So it’s going to be big for us. ”
