The Core Four is in turmoil.

Da’Vonne using the veto power over Kevin and forcing HoH Danielle to name Ian in her place has the Core Four (Danielle, Cody, Nicole and Enzo) at each other’s throats. At the heart of the conflict, Ian is Nicole’s parachute or the ally plus one in the game and Ian didn’t take his nomination very well. In fact, he had an unusually heated showdown with Danielle when the live streams from the house were cut for a while last night.

When the stream returned, Nicole bitterly complained to Cody that Danielle had deliberately decided to put Ian in place of Enzo, Cody’s parachute.

“If it was Enzo, it would be a whole different ball game! We had a contract for four with Enzo and a contract for four with Ian. It’s Ian on the block and I empathize with him and I think you still think it’s a good game play! Nicole said crying.

“If it was Enzo in this situation, there wouldn’t be so much retaliation from me. You have no idea what it would be like if it was Enzo there, ”Cody replied.

“She had to choose between the two of them and she chose Ian!” She had a choice between your number one and my number one! Nicole sobbed.

“This is absolutely wrong,” Cody replied bluntly.

” No it is not! Nicole cried as she walked away.

It should be noted that in the outside world, Nicole, a social media influencer, lost several of her sponsors due to a situation at home involving Ian and how she, others reacted.

As Cody sat stunned, incredulous, smiling to himself, Danielle summoned him to the HoH room.

“What is he doing f – k?” Cody asked Danielle about Ian.

“I am so frustrated!” Danielle said.

“He literally told me it was all about me and that he would never give me his jury vote. It’s so difficult because I really care about him and don’t care about a lot of people in this house, ”said Danielle.

“I’m so pissed off because he probably hurt me, but I’m not sacrificing my game for him,” Danielle said categorically.

She reiterated her loyalty to the Core Four.

“I’m core four, you know that, right?” It’s not on this show. Do you know this is true? ” she asked.

“Yeah, nobody’s going to say anything about it,” Cody replied.

“I made this deal on the second day and I’m sticking to it,” she promised.

“I am so frustrated right now. He had his finger on my face. I hate when people play on my emotions, ”she said of Ian exploding to her when the flow was cut.

“This is the hard truth. Are you ready for it? You got here because you didn’t want to name Da’vonne. I’m sorry to tell you. You might be irritated, but you have that connection to her and you chose to do it to her because you didn’t want to do that to her so live with that and deal with that, ”Cody said sternly.

For his part, Ian later admitted to Cody that what bothered him the most was that he was a former winner and people are going to criticize his gameplay this season.

“People will say that is not going to happen to anyone who is a good player,” Ian said.

Cody advised her not to pay attention to comments from fans or the media. He has often been compared to Victoria because he lost to Derrick during his season.

“The people who say these things are huge idiots and they’re just jealous. That’s really what it comes down to, ”concluded Ian.

Speaking to Noel and Tyler, Ian admitted he had overreacted with Danielle.

“The will not to lose is very, very powerful most of the time,” he said.

“Competition for me was an obsession. I sacrificed a lot to compete and when I did I wasn’t going to be mediocre. There isn’t a lot of balance between competition and life, ”Christmas said of his athletic career.

“I’m just going to let it go for now,” Ian said of his interview with Danielle.

“Yeah, wait till tomorrow,” advised Noel as they headed for the night.
