Amanda Holden has detailed her absolute fear after learning that her friend Simon Cowell had broken his back following a horrific motorcycle accident.

The Britain’s Got Talent judge, 49, feared the music mogul would die after hearing the ‘heartbreaking’ news and could not sleep after receiving a text.

The TV star said she discovered that BGT, 60, had his back brain broken in August after falling from his electric motorcycle in California and was terrified his injuries could be fatal.
