On Saturday, Ehrich shared a few words about the breakup on Instagram Story, indicating he was blinded by the news.

“Imagine finding out the state of your relationship from a tabloid,” he wrote.
“While your [sic] in the middle of filming a biopic about a pastor in a Christian church whose intention is to help people, ”he continued, signing“ God bless, ”accompanied by a dove emoji.
A source disputed Ehrich’s post when speaking to People.
“Demi let Max know the relationship is over and is going to be out in the press,” they said.
When the couple announced their engagement in July, Lovato wrote on Instagram: “When I was a little girl, my biological father always called me his “little partner” – something that might have sounded odd without his southern cowboy accent. For me, it made perfect sense. And today that word has a perfect meaning again, but today I’m officially going to be someone else’s partner.
