Biden called on the public to “come forward and vote” in any way they can.
Trump has also made claims that letter carriers sell ballots and reject them.
“They are sold and thrown into the rivers,” he said. “It’s a horrible thing for the country. Biden said there was no evidence of this.
“It’s not going to end well,” Trump said.
The president declined to pledge to urge his supporters to remain calm and not engage in civil unrest if the election results are drawn, instead doubling down on his warnings of massive voter fraud.
“I urge my supporters to go to the polls and watch very carefully,” he said. “If I see tens of thousands of manipulated ballots, I cannot accept this.”
Biden said he would urge his own supporters to stay calm until the vote is counted and pledged not to declare victory until the election is independently certified.
“Once the winner is declared after all the ballots have been counted, that will be the end of it. And if it’s me, and if it’s not me, I will support the outcome, ”Biden said. “I will be a president not just for Democrats, I will be a president for Democrats and Republicans. “
