Meanwhile, the Yorkdale Foot Locker store is now temporarily closed after other employees test positive for COVID-19.
In an email to 680News, the store states: “ We are taking decisive action across the company to help protect our team members and are working with local, government and health officials to assess when we will reopen and safely return our team members to the job.
“The health and safety of our team members, customers and communities remain our top priority as we continue to make decisions during this unprecedented time.
This is the second time in as many weeks that Yorkdale’s Foot Locker has been forced to shut down due to a positive test.
