Supermarkets across the UK have issued product recalls on a number of items this week amid warnings they could pose safety and allergy risks.Sainsbury’s and Tesco are among those who have issued recalls of prepackaged rice and even pastries – and customers are urged to return them to stores for a full refund, the Mirror reports.
