Jurgen Klopp is a huge fan of the 29-year-old and Liverpool have been linked with a move on several occasions. However, Arsenal, constantly improving under Mikel Arteta and winner of the Reds in the Community Shield, are said to be interested in the Spain international as well.
Bayern hold a sum of £ 23million which both Premier League clubs are reluctant to pay on top of high salaries. With one year to go, the Bundesliga side may have to lower their asking price or risk losing it for nothing.

Bournemouth has already sold Nathan Ake after their relegation to the Championship and Brooks looks set to move in the same direction.

Villa values their captain at £ 70million, but United have discussed the possibility of Sergio Romero moving to the Midlands club as part of a deal, which would lower Grealish’s price.

Chelsea are set to finally secure the £ 90million signing Havertz from Bayer Leverkusen.
Frankl Lampard has been chasing the attacking midfielder for some time and the move is about to be completed after Bild said he missed Bayer Leverkusen’s performance tests over the weekend.
Havertz, who scored 18 goals in all competitions last season, will follow German team-mate Timo Werner who joined the Blues from RB Leipzig on a £ 53million contract in June.

The Napoli defender has interested several Premier League clubs, but the Italian’s high asking price is proving to be a stumbling block.

City struggled to injure their defenders last season and Koulibaly would provide a valuable experience. The 29-year-old has made nearly 200 Serie A appearances and helped Napoli beat Juventus to win Coppa Italia in June.

It is believed that PSG, Borussia Dortmund and Monaco are all interested as well as his former club United, who sold him to Palace for £ 6million in 2015. The Red Devils are said to be owed 25% of any sale, this which means they could land the winger for as little as £ 22.5million.
