Strictly to emotionally pay tribute to winner Caroline Flack in this year’s special


Strictly Come Dancing is set to pay a moving tribute to winner Caroline Flack during a special later this year.Love Island host Caroline, 40, tragically committed suicide in February at her London home.

The TV presenter won the BBC dance show in 2014 alongside professional dancer Pasha Kovalev.

In a standout special later this year, Strictly will remember Caroline’s time on Strictly.

Much of BBC One’s Strictly: The Best Of The Final will focus on Caroline’s time on the show.

Among those paying tribute to Caroline will be her former partner Pasha and her close friend Janette Manrara, who still dances on the show.

A source told The Sun, “Caroline was loved by everyone on Strictly and was a hugely popular winner among the leaders and the team. ”

They added that she was a ‘bundle of energy’ and that if they watched some of the best finals of all time it would be ‘appropriate to present it in a big way’.

Her beautiful routine with Robbie Williams’ Angels with her partner Pasha is still considered one of the best dances of all time on Strictly.

Strictly hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman will present The Best Of series, which will also star judges Shirley Ballas, Motsi Mabuse, Craig Revel Horwood and Bruno Tonioli.
