Stacey Dash’s husband claims he was ‘hypnotized’ to marry her

Jeffrey Marty, Stacey Dash’s husband, wants their marriage annulled, claiming he was “hypnotized” to marry her.

People have used many excuses to explain why their relationships haven’t worked out. Often times, couples cite irreconcilable differences as the reason for their divorce, which can result from infidelity, loss of trust and passion, etc. Jeffrey Marty, Stacey Dash’s estranged husband, brings a new reason to the table, asking a judge to call off his marriage to the actress because he was allegedly “hypnotized” into marrying her.

Yes, you read that right. Marty claims that Stacey Dash hypnotized him into exchanging his vows with her. Dash and Marty both would like to end their marriage, but in new legal documents Dash’s husband cited hypnotism as the reason.

Marty claims that ten days before she married Dash, the actress’ pastor cast a spell on her, “unexpectedly and suddenly proclaiming that it was God’s will,” they get married. He says his ability to consent to marriage was sidelined by the power of the pastor, stating that “hypnotic prayer techniques” were used.

Stacey Dash and her lawyers aren’t opposed to what he says about hypnosis, but they say he showed no signs of an altered mental state before their marriage. However, she decided not to fight back and asks the judge to call off the marriage as well.

There you go… the annulment of the marriage by hypnotism. Yikes.
