Sources for Tory Lanez deny reports he was kicked out following stallion Megan Thee incident


After learning that Tory Lanez allegedly shot Megan Thee Stallion, fans took action and started a petition to have him kicked out of the United States. On August 3, news broke that the “Say It” rapper had in fact been sent back to his native Canada. However, sources close to Tory Lanez have rejected the information. Rumors of the deportation of Tory Lanez

Entertainment website The Jasmine Brand reported that Tory Lanez, real name Daystar Peterson, was deported to his hometown of Brampton, Ont., Following his arrest on July 12.

He and Megan Thee Stallion had been at a party in the Hollywood Hills when they left and reportedly had a fight. When police arrived at the scene, they found the rappers in an SUV and conducted a search which revealed a gun and revealed that Megan Thee Stallion had injuries to her feet. TMZ reports that Tory Lanez was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon while Megan Thee Stallion was treated for her injuries.

In a subsequent Instagram post, Megan Thee Stallion revealed that her injuries were actually gunshot wounds caused by someone “with the intention of injuring me physically.” Although she did not name the assailant, a source from Page Six implicated Tory Lanez.

“Tory fired the shots from inside the vehicle while Megan was outside trying to get away,” the source said. “There is a video and the police are investigating. This is the case of a man who harms and physically abuses a woman.

Law enforcement is reportedly looking for him on assault charges, but at the time of writing, Tory Lanez remains free.

Tory Lanez eviction rumors are not true, other sources say

As deportation rumors swirled, radio station HOT 97 wrote on its website that Tory Lanez had not been deported from the United States, citing several sources “familiar with the matter”.

“TORY LANEZ’S DEPORTATION REPORTS ARE FALSE,” the statement read. “Tory Lanez is not being kicked out, despite reports from other media that he may have.”

“We spoke with some sources familiar with the matter with Lanez, who denied the allegations in the report, and said that Tory Lanez is doing well in the United States and has not received the deportation order,” continued the communicated.

Tory Lanez himself has not commented on the eviction rumors. Since the incident happened, he has gone completely silent, dropping his social media and apparently ignoring requests for comment. But on August 4, entertainment website The Neighborhood Talk reported that Tory Lanez was filmed in Orlando, Florida.

Meanwhile, Megan Thee Stallion tried to heal and move on. “A slut is alive and well and sharp as shit,” she said in a recent Instagram Live, “and I’m ready to go back to regular programming with my own hot girl shit. ”
