Quebec reports 156 new cases of COVID-19, five deaths

Quebec reported 156 new cases of COVID-19 on Saturday, bringing the total number of cases in the province to 62,232.

No deaths have been recorded in the past 24 hours, but two deaths before August 22 and 3 more deaths with an unknown date have been added. The total number of deaths in Quebec is 5,755.

117 people are currently hospitalized, including 17 in intensive care.

16,912 tests were performed on August 27, 2020.
