The poll found that 44% of voters viewed Harris favorably, while 40% viewed her unfavorably. Vice President Mike Pence, on the other hand, is viewed favorably by 41% of voters and unfavorably by 51%.

The race has tightened since June, when Fox News discovered Biden had a 12-point advantage over Trump, from 50% to 38%.
The Fox News poll was conducted by telephone from August 9 to 12 among 1,000 registered voters across the country. The results of the full survey have a margin of error of plus or minus 3 percentage points.
