PJ Tucker and Dennis Schroder sent off from Game 5


LAKE BUENA VISTA, Floride – Houston’s PJ Tucker et Oklahoma City Dennis Schroder were sent off from Game 5 of their first-round playoff series on Saturday night after a scuffle over a tough choice that sent them both down.Halfway through the third quarter with Houston in the lead 67-49, Tucker picked Schroder, who swung his right arm between Tucker’s legs, hitting him in the groin. When both players got up, Tucker approached Schroder and punched him from behind.

After checking the video, referee James Capers called a blatant 2 foul on Schroder and sent him off. Tucker received a technical foul with an ejection.

Schroder led the Thunder with 19 points. Tucker had five points and six rebounds.

The best-of-seven streak was tied 2-2.
