Paul Pogba was not selected for United Nations League games next month after testing positive for coronavirus

Paul Pogba was excluded from the France team for the Nations League matches against Sweden and Croatia after testing positive for the coronavirus.

France will face Sweden in Solna on September 5 and Croatia in Paris on September 8.

Pogba will have to self-isolate for a period of 10 days, will then be retested and if negative, he can resume training.

According to Premier League protocols, all players are to be tested upon their return for the preseason. Pogba could be available for selection when Manchester United start their Premier League season against Crystal Palace on September 19.
