Justin Wilson, 26, of Germantown, Md., Took a break earlier this year when a judge released him from prison as a coronavirus precaution.

But now Wilson is back in custody after stabbing a man to death upon release, according to a report.

Wilson was awaiting trial on theft and other charges when a Montgomery County judge ordered his release in April, FOX 5 from Washington reported.

Then, on July 23, Wilson was allegedly involved in a fight with Edigio Ienzi, 63, also from Germantown, the station reported. A relative of Ienzi told police Wilson was holding a knife.

Ienzi later died from stab wounds after being taken to hospital, according to the report.

The parent said Wilson had visited the house weeks earlier, after which several silver coins were noticed missing from the house, FOX 5 reported.

After an investigation, Wilson was arrested on July 28 for first degree murder, the station reported.
