The residential development in Deritend comprises 454 one and two bedroom apartments with approximately 10,000 square feet of amenity space.

Birmingham Irish Association Managing Director Maurice Malone said: “This development is exactly the type of investment we have been asking for in the region and will be a fantastic asset. There have been a lot of false dawn, so we’re really hopeful that this and others like it will come to fruition and add to the evolving downtown skyline.
