The addition of Arcéane adds a presence in five cities: Paris, Lille, Lyon, Nantes and Bordeaux. Arcéane is a mergers and acquisitions consultancy firm that advises managers and shareholders of small and medium-sized companies on acquisitions, divestments, financial engineering and corporate finance and fundraising. The design office is specialized in the IT, technology, distribution and manufacturing sectors.
Arcéane is managed by around ten senior professionals, most of whom are former business leaders or have dealmaking experience in investment banking, private equity or the largest mergers and acquisitions consulting firms.
At the same time, in Italy, the M&A Milano Global Advisors (MGA) boutique became a member of Geneva Group International. With this partnership, MGA aims to develop a global offer for its customers, which is internationalizing and serving an increasingly global consumer base.
MGA has offices in Milan and Rome and is headed by Cesare Suglia, Cesare Suglia, Umberto Orazio Ruta, Andrea Mifsud and Stefano de Nart. The firm specializes in corporate financing, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, transaction support and fundraising. The design office also has real estate and legal experts.
Previously, Milano Global Advisors was part of the Kreston network. “We joined Geneva Capital Group in order to be able to better develop our commercial strategy and continue our growth path already started,” explained Stefano de Nart.
The latest additions come shortly after Geneva Group International significantly strengthened its presence in India by welcoming Evas Internation, Chessy Consultants and RJV Adviors into its network.
Globally, Geneva Group International has more than 29,000 professionals in 126 countries working in approximately 600 member companies, generating combined sales of $ 5.6 billion.
