A London man has been charged after a landlord found a stranger in his home to the east of the house, city police said.
The resident heard his young son talking with someone inside their Trafalgar Street home at 6:15 am Thursday, police said.
The father frightened the intruder, who was taking belongings from the house, and described the man to the police.
Officers later arrested a suspect near Hale and Trafalgar streets, police said.
No one was injured, police said.
A 36-year-old man from London has been charged with intentional break and enter.
